The journey of Pink Volcano coffee begins with the careful selection of ripe Pink Borbon cherries, which ensure exceptional quality. Grown by Eduardo Ortíz and Segundo Alban and produced by Carlos Torres, this coffee undergoes aerobic fermentation without water, which enhances its distinctive flavor profile. After fermentation, the beans are dried on raised beds for 20 days, allowing for optimal air flow and consistent drying. After drying, the grains are stabilized for 20 days in GrainPro bags to ensure consistency and maintain their quality. The result of this careful process is a rich flavor profile with notes of almond, black tea, flowers, green apple, matcha and peach.
