Your 14-day right of withdrawal
From the date of receipt of your order, you have a 14-day period to withdraw from your contract (and cancel your purchase without giving any reason and without penalty), as set out in EU Directive 2023/2673 and consumer protection laws.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply
EU Directive 2011/83/EU lists several categories of goods and services to which the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
Custom-made, perishable or hygienically sealed items
Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods that deteriorate or are subject to rapid deterioration, and items sealed for hygiene or health reasons and unsealed after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal – Art. 16(a), (c), (d), (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
