Bang Silalahi and his community of farmers specialize in single-variety nano-lots from the Toba region of Sumatra. They process coffee from their own organically certified farm, as well as from their farming partners and surrounding farms.

Only fully ripe cherries are hand-picked and processed using various methods under the supervision of their certified Q grader and CQI-licensed Q processor.

This Catimor variety was designated primarily for general organic coffee cultivation practices.
