Humble Queen, Espresso

This naturally processed coffee comes from the Guji Hambela region, specifically from the Deri locality. After harvesting, the cherries were sorted by flotation at the processing station and then dried on raised African beds.

The coffee is grown at an altitude of 1800 – 2100 m above sea level in a semi-forest and garden system. After drying, the beans were stored to stabilize their flavor and achieve optimal quality for cupping.
