La Eva

La Eva has been cultivating coffee since 1860, and as early as 1911, it was recognized as a model farm thanks to innovative practices such as gravity irrigation.

To this day, it remains among the pioneers in developing climate change-resistant varieties, especially within the Sarchimor family. One of the most renowned is Villa Sarchí – a vital variety with high production and exceptional cup quality.

Today, La Eva processes coffee from approximately 2,900 small growers across all eight coffee regions of Costa Rica, with a strong focus on quality and sustainability.
