This coffee comes from the Sequiapampa area in the Lonya Grande region (Utcubamba, Peru), where it is grown by cooperative members on small farms in a mountainous Amazonian environment. Thanks to the high altitude, fertile soil, and stable climate, the coffee cherries ripen slowly, contributing to a clean and complex taste in the cup.
Through collaboration, farmers improve production quality and gain access to better markets. They actively participate in projects focused on innovation and the cultivation of specialty varieties such as Bourbon, Caturra, Castillo, and Geisha, thereby increasing both the quality and diversity of flavor profiles.
